Genuitec can now assure customers that MyEclipse integrates with the recently announced application server from BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAS)
MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench, a full-feature, Enterprise-class platform and tool suite for developing software applications and systems for J2EE® technology and other environments, is designed to offer a robust application framework and pluggable architecture helping agile companies capitalize on this emerging market. Together, Genuitec and BEA can provide customers with a solution to extend the best practices and technology available from the latest Eclipse 3.1 Integrated Development Environment (IDE) distribution.
Genuitec’s MyEclipse Application Server Connector for BEA WebLogic Server 9.0 is now designed to feature the following capabilities:
- Source-level JSP debugging
- J2EE® application deploy and undeploy
- Sync-On-Demand deployer synchronization
- Server launch for facilitating interactive deployment and debugging
- Full source-level debugging including JSPs, servlets, EJBs and POJO
- Designed to fully support deployment and debugging on local or remote executing servers.

Pricing & Availability MyEclipse 4.0, a full-production development suite, will be available on August 29. The Standard Edition annual subscription is priced at $29.95 USD and the Professional Edition annual subscription priced at $49.95 USD. Existing subscribers receive a free upgrade to Professional Edition with subscription renewal. Subscriptions include unlimited access to Genuitec’s direct-response online support.
