As a low cost alternative to Rational Application Developer (RAD), MyEclipse Blue Edition includes advanced customized tooling and capabilities for WebSphere's web services specifications, integrates seamlessly with ClearCase and is compatible with WebSphere 5.x, 6.0, 6.1 & 7.
For Windows: the MyEclipse Blue Edition All-in-One installer is bundled with Eclipse and JRE, and requires no other downloads to get up and running. This installer is available for Windows users only. To Install Using Eclipse Update Site: be sure Eclipse 3.6 "Classic" is installed.
