No, at this time MyEclipse's connector API is not open source so adding a new connector is not something a user can do at this time. However launching your application server externally and using Remote Debugging is a solution that let's you keep using all of MyEclipse's functionality just without the ability to start/stop the server, and to deploy to the server, from within the IDE.
