However, it didn't fix the issue. The message I'm getting is the following:
Could not connect to
:pserver:anonymous@examples.myeclipse.com:443/home/cvs/public/myeclipse/examples: Cannot connect to host: Connection refused: connect
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Douglas,
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Can you please verify if you have setup your proxy information here - Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections.
Let me know how this works for you.

Hello,
I'm trying to use one of the Examples On Demand available to evaluate the MyEclipse Blue to my company. We use RAD currently.
However, it didn't fix the issue. The message I'm getting is the following:
Could not connect to
:pserver:anonymous@examples.myeclipse.com:443/home/cvs/public/myeclipse/examples: Cannot connect to host: Connection refused: connect
I also try "Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections. "
but could not understand what to do.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Upendra,
Sorry that you are running into this issue.
1. If you are behind firewall / proxy, you have to set up your proxy details here - Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections and restart your IDE.
2. Can you try this alternative - Click on Window > Open Perspective > Other > CVS Repositiory Exploring. This will open the CVS Repository window . Expand MyEclipse Example > Head. Right click on any example project and click on [Check Out]. This will check out the project to your project explorer. Please read README.txt.
