For troubleshooting, installation details are essential. A lot of times users get confused between configuration details and installation details.
Here are the steps to retrieve installation details -
Open MyEclipse IDE
From menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary
From the Installation Summary screen, click on the "Installation Details..." button.
