This appears to be related to jQuery but I am not sure.
For one, the $ constructs, such as selector, are not recognized and are flagged as undefined.
From there, I get errors on basic objects such as document and window are invalid objects.
I have started ME with -clean and in a new workspace. No luck.
Please advise on how to fix or get around it.
If it will be a fix in a future release please specify the version & timeframe.

I am afraid, I cannot reproduce this issue at my end. Please answer below queries -
1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here
2. Attach a screenshot of the issue to help me get a visual
3. Attach a sample project to help me reproduce this issue at my end
