I am moving applications from RAD to My Eclipse Blue 8.5 running WAS 6.1. I moved the application over and setup the Custom properties in the WAS admin console under the JVM Custom properties. But now when I run my application trying the get the properties with System.getProperty they all come back as null instead of the value I specified. I would recommend you install MyEclipse Blue 9.1 and give it a shot. A lot of issue fixes are available on ME Blue 9.1.
