Post subject: Update site for Helios?
Hi
I want to install MyEclipse Pro into an existing 3.6.2 eclipse installation. 10.0.2 requires Eclipse 3.7 it seems, so I wonder if you have an archived older version of MyEclipse.

Also, is the update site url on http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend%5FUs&req=Download&version=ME correct? I'm getting error when I try to contact it

Code:
Error reading update site http://downloads.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/indigo/enterprise-stable/.
Error reading update site http://downloads.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/indigo/enterprise-stable/.
The XML stream is not a valid default "site.xml" file. The root tag is not site.

FredrikL ,

1) Are you trying to use the ME 10 update site on Helios ? You can use the ME 10 update site only on Eclipse 3.7.

2) All requests for previous releases are handled by our sales team to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please send an email to sales@genuitec.com and they will be able to assist you. Be sure to include your name, subscription id, subscription code, MyEclipse version desired, and operating system so they can provide the correct download link/update site without delay.

Support for all current and prior versions of MyEclipse is included with annual subscription, so please feel free to ask any product-related questions in these forums.

Let us know if you have any issues.
