I assume you were thinking of assigning a target server so that you get a WebSphere container added to the project to compile against. As Tony mentioned earlier - the Target server page is for webservices support only (it is misleading and will be renamed) and so will not help with your current situation. When you import a RAD project into Blue, you should use the MyEclipse > Enhance RAD project to work with MyEclipse option. This will detect the WebSphere classpath container in your project, ask you for the path to the corresponding WAS install and set up the classpath container correctly so you have WebSphere JARs to compile against.
