Can someone please recommend a good code review tool for MyEclipse? One with which you can make annotations, but if possible don't modify the existing java code.
I tried to install Mylyn R4E using the configuration center of MyEclipse 10.1, but failed because of dependency issues. I really don't want to dig any further into stuff that already fails at installation. R4E would be overkill anyway.

We do not provide any intrinsic support for third party plugins. I am afraid we do not have any recommendations to make.
You can try searching in Google for "Code Review Eclipse". There are some tools like Jupiter, from Google and few more too. If you can find a plugin for Eclipse, then you can try installing them to MyEclipse.
