Yes! After getting theses errors I can't work on that project anymore! The next time the eclipse is started up, the project is closed and it's impossible to reopen anymore!

Did you try to reopen it from the Navigator view? What happened? While we did make a fix that likely addresses this in the 4.1M1 build, can you please post all the information we request in the Posting Guidelines thread at the top of this forum? That will give us some context so we can be sure we got it.
