Hi,

I'll soon use Eclipse wih rational XDE V2003.

XDE V2003 only support eclipse 2.0 !

Is the latest version of myeclipse can be used with Eclipse 2.0 ?

No, we don't because we require some of the additional functionality that was added in Eclipse 2.1. However, once Rational or WSAD ships a version of their product hosted on Eclipse 2.1 then MyEclipse should work well with it.
