Never mind my question... I found the answer in this thread:

All,
Here's an update without prompting. We think we're one build away from a public release and are anticipating being able to get 5.0M1 out to you either late tonight (Wed GMT -5) or during the day on Thursday. Thanks again for you continued patience as we do our best to make sure any migration issues from 4.1.1 are minimal for y'all.

We have also had reports of this JSP Designer bug in our implmentation:
MyEclipse 4.1.1 with Eclipse 3.1.2 with IE 6.x and Office XP
What are the plans for fixing this? |

The designer implementation will be replaced with a more robust solution in 5.0M2, that is the solution (we are removing the IE dependency and getting away from the Windows-only solution to a cross platform solution). The work would have gone into M1 but the new designer needs to be integrated with the Struts/JSP and JSF tools, right now it's just a HTML designer internally and we need to finish enhancing it with the specific functionalities the older one had. |

No problem, I should have stated that earlier. We are running on espresso and gasoline. |
