If I installed a version of My eclipse ide and then upgraded through the eclipse upgrade mechanism it looks as though I still have 2.6.2. in there is there a way to tell acurately what version of the plugin I have?

if you see Struts support in the options of MyEclipse then you should be running RC2. I *believe* the reason this release is showing up as 2.6.100 (RC1) and 2.6.200 (RC2) is because when 2.7 is actually final, in order for Eclipse Update to pickup the changes, the version number will need to be greater than the current ver number.

So if the ME team had released RC1 as 2.7.something when 2.7 went final, they would have to deploy it by calling it version 2.7.somethingBigger which might throw people off.

So by using 2.6.100/200/etc, they can use 2.7.0 as the 2.7 final release and Eclipse update will grab it for you.
