Hello,

I want to use the Create Hibernate Mapping feature to create a mapping with Oracle database. When I clicked on that, I got a warning message says:"This wizard generates Hibernate 3.0 OR mappings. the project is a Hibernate 2 ......". I went to the project properties panel, MyEclipse-Hibernate shows the Hiernate version is 2.1, but we use Hibernate 3. Does this cause the warning message and can it be changed?

Thanks.

leon5wu,

When you add hibernate capabilities you have to add hibernate 3 (no hibernate 2)

Best regards

Yes this is the problem, and you cannot change this automatically. You can either do it manually by editing the project files and removing all the libraries and the hibernate nature then re-adding it, or just creating a new project with the correct Hibernate capabilities added to it.
