xeperno ,

You have started eclipse in old workspace (default name is workspace in your home directory)
If you want fresh install , you have to find this folder and remove it or start eclipse with option
-data <new_workspace_folder>

Best regards

You'll also need to delete the file at <eclipse-install>/links/com.genuitec.eclipse.MyEclipse.link and then restart eclipse with 'eclipse.exe -clean'. Once you've done that, reset your perspective to the default and that's about it. Then install a new Eclipse / MyEclipse setup and open the workspace with it.
