    Hello,

    Everytime I try to use a JTextArea from Matisse Palette a JScrollPane is “generated”.

    Version Windows.
    MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench

    Version: 5.0.1 GA
    Build id: 20060810-5.0.1-GA

    I believe this is an attempt at “intelligent defaults”. Unfortunately there isn’t an option to disable it but you can keep copy-pasting the JTextArea that you have manually moved out of the scroll pane to get a non-embedded one.
