Is it possible to have both 3.0M6 and 2.1.2 installations? I originally installed 3.0M6 on a Suse 8.2 system but am having some issues with 3.0M6. I would like to compare with 2.1.2 Are there major or minor impediments to installing both on the same system, but in different trees?

Everything should work fine. Just unzip 2 copies of Eclipse into different directories, run them both, close them. Now download and install both copies of MyEclipse pointing at the respective Eclipse versions and install the MyEclipse’s into their own directories. Now you should be all set.

    Thanks Riyad.

The issues I am having are with the Eclipse JDT base and not the MyEclipse plugins, or so I believe. But thanks again.

You will need the Eclipse SDK to run MyEclipse, the JDT alone isn’t enough.
