I have an EAR project with a ant script that creates a number of jars for that ear.
This ant script is declared to be an active builder for this project.
When I (re)deploy this ear to a server, my builder is not getting executed.
Is it possible to get my ant script executed before the ear is created when click '(re)deploy'?

Tilo,
The deployment step is actually triggered by the build step, not the other way around. So if you need this to run before a redeploy, you will have to manually run it.

Unfortunately we don't offer hooks into the MyEclipse functionality at this time, so I can't provide a way for you to hook into this redeploy step.
