    Hi,

I was wondering if there is any tool kit for Eclipse like JBuilder. So that we can drag and drop components rather than write codes.

    Many thanks

    Pathy,
I think what you are asking for is a GUI builder (1 part of many in most IDEs) to help build Swing-based GUIs? If so you will want to check out the VE Eclipse subproject, that is exactly what it is. Its a plugin for Eclipse that lets you build Swing, and soon, SWT guis.

If you were asking about an HTML designer, then no we don’t have one yet and aren’t addressing one as a priority on any roadmaps just yet because of the amount of work involved in making a good HTML editor compared to the percieved value of it.

If you are asking about a visual struts editor, then no we don’t have one yet but definatelly think they are a great thing and would like to add one in the future.

    Pathy,
As an update, I saw a snapshot of the future roadmap for release 2.8 I believe it is, and it seems we ARE going to tackle the visual web-editor, so stay tuned.
