Comparison b/w MyEclipse and JBoss Eclipse

    We are going in for developing a Struts based application to be deployed on JBoss, with Oracle 10g as backend, probably using Hibernate also. We are in a dilemma as to which IDE should we use: MyEclipse or JBoss Eclipse. Or JDeveloper.

    I donot want excess code which makes my application difficult to port.

    I need a very honest answer to this because my team is very new, still grappling with Struts, so I am looking for something that would ease the development and make it quick.

    I can’t speak to JBoss IDE or JDeveloper, but for your needs I could point you at two of our Tutorials for MyEclipse that you could walk through and see if the tool felt logical in it’s flow and a good match for your team.
