Post subject: SupportForum e-mail flagged as spam

I received a forum e-mail message reporting a reply to a thread I replied in. Our coumpany mailserver flagged it as spam, and I tried to report it as beeing not-spam. This is the (human generated) reply I got:

Have your correspondant adjust their automated email program.

Could you please adjust the forum settings so it's recognisable as a real e-mail (preferably with a 'MyEclipse SupportForum]' tag in the topic), and no longer refused by the spam-scanneing community?

Ah, just received a new notification, but it's still flagged as spam, because the signature hasn't changed yet...
