Lost license key URL does not work

Hi,

I just reinstalled my PC and when MyEclipse popped up asking for my license key, I clicked the URL to say that I’ve lost it. It kicks off the browser (FF2.0.3) but then I get a “module not available error”.

I’ve found the license key in my email now so it’s not a problem for me, but thought you’d like to know.

I just clicked Members Services, then clicked “Lost your subscription key” and was given a list of my subscriptions. I then clicked “Resend” next to the one I wanted and it seemed to work.

Does that sound similar to what you tried? We definately want to know if something is broken.
