If you have setup WebSphere 6/6.1 in MyEclipse and can get it to start correctly, but cannot get it to shut down cleanly and get errors that look like this in the console:

ADMU0211I: Error details may be seen in the file:
C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv02\logs\server1\stopServer.log


one of our users rajnag21 provided a workaround for this issue. You need to re-create your profile, but when asked during the profile creation when you see the option Enable Administrative Security, you want to uncheck that box. The actual wizard screen you see this on is as follows:
