This forum is different from others. Nicer to look at. But the separation in 2 complete branches: search and contribute is not very user friendly.

I searched for some info and, after I could not find what I was looking for, wanted to start a new thread. I clicked the new thread button and was told that this was just a function for admins. No hint, what I had to do to get to the function, I was looking for.
It took me quite a time to figure out that I had to go back to the very beginning and go the other path with the same info…

You clicked the New thread button or the New Topic button ? What other path did you go through ?

Ahh, as I tried to recognize the symptom, I found out that I took the “search” path and ended up in one of the FAQs which I did not recognize as such. I thought that it was a forum.

But there is a “new topic” button, which I thought would be for me. A little bit confusing though…
