I received a forum e-mail message reporting a reply to a thread I replied in. Our coumpany mailserver flagged it as spam, and I tried to report it as beeing not-spam. This is the (human generated) reply I got:

The message is missing the “From:”, “To:” and/or “Cc:” headers. Email received only with only “Bcc:” recipients is always suspicious, and it’s even more suspicious when the sender doesn’t identify himself.

Have your correspondant adjust their automated email program.

Could you please adjust the forum settings so it’s recognisable as a real e-mail (preferably with a ‘MyEclipse SupportForum]’ tag in the topic), and no longer refused by the spam-scanneing community?

    TIA
    Ton

Ah, just received a new notification, but it’s still flagged as spam, because the signature hasn’t changed yet…

    TIA

    Ton,
Looking into it. I filed the bug in our internal issue tracker but haven’t gotten a response back from sys guys. Sorry for delay.
