I am not able to locate a local version of SWT Javadoc. I've found old forum references to a directory under plugins, but my latest download of MyEclipse 6.0 doesn't have anything like this directory.
Where can I get a download of the SWT Javadocs?

You should check the Eclipse site for downloads associated with the platform.
