You want help with deploying you project? You can refer to this quickstart doc:-
http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/quickstarts/webprojects/#deploy_testing_debug

Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

Can you switch to a new workspace, create a new web project and check if hot deployment works for this project.

Incase the problem persists, I would suggest you download MyEclipse 6.0.1 and test deploy to to the MyEclipse Tomcat server.

We don't support Struts 2 at the moment and I'm not aware of any struts 2.0 plugin. Sorry about that.

I am having a similar problem with hot code deployment. I have checked out a project from CVS that was originally created in native Eclipse. I added Web Project Capabilities and deployed it to Tomcat 5.5. Hot code deployment is working for JSPs, but not for Java classes. The new version of the classes are being put in the Tomcat \webapps\..\WEB-INF\classes directory, but when I debug the application, it is still using the previous version of the class. If I restart the Tomcat server, it will pick up the new class. I have the Hot Code Replace debug preferences checked in MyEclipse, and the project is set to build automatically. I haven't done anything to customize Tomcat, since hot code deploy was working fine for other projects that I have deployed. Is there any other setting that need to be tweaked? Since this project was not originally created as a MyEclipse web project, could that be causing a problem?

Thanks,
Tim

Well, I just answered my own question. I just installed the latest version of MyEclipse. With the previous version, I was used to starting Tomcat from the MyEclipse toolbar, which launches the server in the default debug mode. However, with the new version, I was starting the server using the Servers tab. Like a fool, I was using the green arrow to start in run mode, instead of starting in debug mode. Hot deployment works just fine when running in debug mode.
