Post subject: CSS new styles not applied

I added new items to my css, but they are not working. If I use a prior style on my webpage it works. However, if I try to apply something I just added, it does not show up in the new style. I have been rebuilding and redploying the application, but cannot get anything new in my css to function. Any ideas?

| After moving the style to the middle of the css file and adding a new Anchor style, my ones that were not working finally started working. However, the ones I had added new this time do not work. However, since I did not need htem, I removed them and it appears to be fine now. |
