Think of integrating the JAX-RS (JavaTM API for RESTful Web Services) package as defined in JSR-311.
http://jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=311

I dont know if there is something on Eclipse.org, but because this is part of a JSR (and maybe part of JEE6) this could be implemented there.

JAX-RS support is in development and will be part of 7.0.
