| I have tried to install the latest ME. When I change the default directory setting...... the Install fails. It works fine if I leave the default directory alone.. |

| Do you get some error when the install fails? Can you paste the error here for me. I'll ask the dev team to check this issue. |

I have also the same problem, but I'm not able to install MyEclipse 7.0 M2 even in the default directory.
Operating system is Windows XP.
Feature Transfer Error
while installing \jre\CHANGES folder.
Feature: DefaultFeature
Error: Catastrophic failure |

Can you go to www.poweredbypulse.com and grab the pulse launcher to setup MyEclipse till we look into this issue. |
