The only work around I’ve found at this point:
1. closing MyEclipseIDE
2. open the project/workspace with a vanilla Eclipse 3.4 installation.
3. Have the m2 plugin in the vanilla Eclipse “Enable Workspace Resolution”
4. Close the vanilla Eclipse
5. Restart MyEclipseIDE
