I'd like to run the blue migration tool for RAD developer. I seems that I am not able to get ito it.

Take a look at the project migration help/tutorial to see how to access the migration tool:
help > contents > Introduction to MyEclipse Blue Edition > Migrating WSAD5.1/RAD6 Projects to MyEclipse Blue Edition
You do have access to project migration during your 30 day trial. |
