No subscription code received

    Hi,
    I have paid for 8 subscription but i did not received my code. Is there any problem with my payment?
    It is important for us to get subscription codes today.

    Hi,
    I just checked with the subscription team and it looks like they have already sent you the code. Didn’t you receive it? Incase you haven’t received it yet, can you write to subscriptions@genuitec.com stating the problem you are facing.
