Profiles Tag on POM but not executed in Maven Configurations

    Hi, I used the Maven Configuration to RUN a project with different profiles in the POM, but i select one profile id from POM and put it into Profiles textbox, but when i RUN the POM it doesn’t pay attention to the PROFILE i specified to build.
