Capabilities are reset at startup

Hi support,

I have a problem concerning the advanced capabilities. I start my workspace and open the dialog for advanced capabilities via Window -> Preferences -> General -> Capabilities -> Advanced. That dialog is divided into 6 categories (Classic Update, Development etc. ..).
I disable all features that are in category “MyEclipse Proessional Tools” (That’s Extended MySQL Database Support, Extended Oracle Databse Support etc.)

After restarting MyEclipse Blue all components are enabled again except Maven4MyEclipse and Report Design. Is that a known bug? What can I do to avoid resetting of capabilities in that category?

Are you working with myEclipse 7.1.1? Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste then information here for me. I’ll get this verified from the dev team.

Thank you for the details. We were able to reproduce this issue at our end and Im going to file a PR for the dev team to look into this. We will fix this asap.
