I am currently using eclipse 2.1.3 and my eclipse 2.7.. I will be upgrading to the new 3.0 M9 build of eclipse when it is available. My question is when will the new features of myeclipse 2.8 be available in a myeclipse 3.x build?

The new features *will* be available. We’ll need about a week after M9 goes out to do the port and testing of all the features.
I’m evaluating MyEclipse also. I was very frustated when I saw the MyEclipse 3. … don’t have the feature of 2.8 (especialy html designer).
When M9 will be out you will integrate 2.8 in 3.x ?

Please understand that our current production releases (2.7.1 and 3.7.2) are functionaly identical. The fact that we release the beta for a 2.x build sooner is because Eclipse 3 is still in flux and we are waiting for M9 to be out before we release the 3.8 beta 1 for it.
When M9 will be out you will integrate 2.8 in 3.x ?
Yes, this was answered in the post right above yours. After M9 comes out, give us about a week to get everything synced back up again. When Eclipse 3.0 GA comes out (no more API changes or breaks) then we will beging focusing future development efforts on Eclipse 3.x and put MyEclipse 2.x series into maintenence mode.
