I try to set up Echo2 Plugging with MyEclipse7.5 Full Stack include Eclipse
In older version of Eclipse and MyEclipse is two different folder If I put any plugin in the Eclipse/plugins/ folder it will effect in the System but I am not able to find how to this will work with 7.5 My Eclipse Full Stack.

I had put nextapp.es.2.1.0 folder at following location {Program Folder}\Genuitec\Common\plugins\ but still it is not visible in the Eclipse.

I also did reference and restart of Eclipse 3 times.

Any quick help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Pinkal,

MyEclipse doesn't provide an integrated support for Echo Studio. Having said that, I have researched over the net and found that "nextapp.es.2.1.0" plugin supports eclipse 3.1, 3.2 versions, where as MyEclipse7.5 built on Eclipse3.4.2. You need to find the relevant plugin which supports base eclipse 3.4.2.

On further research I found EchoStudio 3 Plug-In for Echo 3 (Beta). Follow below steps to install the plugin -

1) download EchoStudio 3 Plug-In for Echo 3 (Beta) from http://www.nextapp.com/products/echostudio/download/3/download_plugin.html
2) Unpack the downloaded ZIP file. You should now have a new folder named nextapp.es.3.0.0.b0 where you unpacked the ZIP file.
3) You should find dropins folder here - [MyEclipse install dir]/dropins. Check if you have a folder plugins within dropins. If not, I would recommend you to create one. Next, drop "nextapp.es.3.0.0.b0" folder into "plugins" folder.
4) Restart MyEclipse and you will notice Plugin installation related information in a dialog box.
5) To verify - go to Window>Open Perspective>other to select "Echo3 Development" perspective.
6) When you have installed EchoStudio3, please enter the following temporary license key (if required):
