I upgraded my membership today (to Indivisual Membership). But as soon as I launched Eclipse (2.1.3) after installing MyEclipse 2.8.1 beta, I got a “Subscription Key Problem” window telling me that I had 30-day trial period. And when I pushed the “Upgrade Subscription” button in the window, a web page indicated, “Subscriber (myid) is already a paying member.”

    Why does it happen?

I found the solution. I entered my subscription information into

    Windows –> preferences –> MyEclipse –> J2EE –> Subscription fields.

    And it seems ok.

First, thanks for your upgrade! I think the issue here is just a small misunderstanding of the process. When you upgraded this morning, you were sent an email containing your subscriber ID and subscription key that needs to be manually entered into the preference page at Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Subscription. I checked our logs and the email went out to your Yahoo account at 10:09 CDT today so you should be able to find it there to enter the subscription key into the workbench.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or problems.
