In Add/Remove Software I'm getting the subject message. Basically I can't see subversion dialog in my project nor does subversion show up in the preferences. At the end of the details it states: "Failure: another user has modified this bluprint; your changes cannot be persisted"

Looks like there is a configuration change by another user. I would recommend you to refresh your subversion view so that all the resource is uptodate. Also please verify the setup/properties of subversion. This does not look like a MyEclipse issue, it is more a subversion issue.

Hi thanks for your reply. However, I don't know what you mean by "refresh ...view". I've unstalled all SVN plugins and reinstall them and the error persists. I regret having upgrated MyEclipse.

I meant - please check your subversion setup/connection properties. Delete the projects related to subversion from MyEclipse package explorer and check-out the same from subversion. Subversion related projects in your package explorer is out of sync. Another user has modified the same resource and hence the error.
