Hi,
I was looking forward to buy the support ,as i am having problems configuring myeclipse on SUNone web server.
1) Does it support sun one webserver 6 service pack 2.
2) also does it support jsp debugging for sunone webserver.
3) if i buy support than all these things would be covered like installation and upgradtion help.

Support is free by use of these forums if you are a subscribing customer (or in the evaluation period).

No, currently we support Sun ONE 8

We support debugging on any Application Server that supports the JSR-45 specification. AFAIK Sun ONE does not support this spec, so no.

Please clarify your question. You don’t ‘buy’ support, its provided to you once you become a paying customer. I’m also not clear what you intended by “…like installation and upgradtion help”. If you run into problems while installing or upgrading, please come to the forums and post and we’ll help you. If you meant something else, please let us know.
