i try to start to profile my web project, but i bekomme the folowing error:
"Incompatible JRE"
"VisualVM for MyEclipse requires that your client application be run using JRE 1.6.0_07 or higher in order for profiling to function correctly. ..."

Can you verify the following?
1. Profiler JDK at Windows > Preferences > MyEclipse > Profiler.
2. Right click on the project and from the context menu select Properties > Java Compiler, check the JDK compliance level for that project
Make sure that JRE of the profiler is of higher version than the web application JRE.
