I came across this document that says :

Below is a list of Eclipse debugging actions that are not yet available in MyEclipse 7 Milestone 1.

Run-To-Line capability
Conditional breakpoints
Setting source path lookup for Launch configurations
Exceptions in the Variables View
Variables sorting in Variables View

is this outdatet info? or those limitations still exist, reason I am asking is because I am about to decide should I stay with netbeans, or move to myeclise for my current project.
it heavily requires Javascript debugging, and I really dont want to spend time setting up everything and find out that javscript debugger does not work

dlevancho,
I'm afraid these limitations still exist but you can take a look at our feature page which lists the features we support in ME such as the AJAX Workbench and the IE Debugger.
