Unable to bring up MyEclipse Configuration Center
Stops at 25%

I updated to 8.5
Uninstalled a bunch of plug-ins

On restart getting:
trying to "Updating Pulse ..." and getting
> "An internal error occured during: "Initializing TargetCfg"
>> "Could not initialize class org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient"
> dashboard "An internal error has occured"
>> "Could not initialize class org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient"

This error can also be corrected by just creating a new MyEclipse profile in the Pulse Explorer as I mentioned in your other thread, here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-25454.html
