Minh,
Can you give us some more information on this?
1. can you copy paste your installation details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details?
2. What was the Incompatible Message that you got? Can you send us a screen shot showing the error?
3. Can you clarify if you tired to open Web (MyEclipse incompatible) from Window > Open Perspective > Other?
4. Are there any relevant errors logged in the log file located at workspace dir > .metadata > .log? Clear your log file, save it and then open the web development perspective to get the relevant errors.
As a workaround try using the -clean command as mentioned in the link below -

Also, for web development you can use the default MyEclipse Java Enterprise perspective. Please refer to the following link for further reference -

Thank you Shalini. Here is the problem i encounter in the past three days since i download my eclipse blue edition:

1) It said on the left hand side when i open my elcipse web perspective that Web (my Eclipse) incompatible.

2) When i look at the server tab, it is blank. I did not see any server name shown up under server tab.

3) However, when i open up the enterprise perspective, i am able to see servername such as Tomcat shown up under server tab.

4) Leading to item 3, you said i can do web development in enterprise perspective. I need to do Java server Faces application which open a database and fetch data from it. Do you think i am able to do it in enterprise perspective? Please advice.

regrad to items 1 and 2, I don't know what happen, please help.[/b]

DungTran,
For 1 and 2 can you send us some screen shots showing the issue? You can use the PM button at the end of the post.

You can you use MyEclipse Java Enterprise perspective to create applications using JSF. At any point, the IDE will prompt you to switch to the respective perspective if needed. Also, if you need any view that is not available in the opened perspective, you can go to Window > Show View > Others to open the required view.
Let me know if that helps.
