In the Preferences window, expanding and selecting the Java | Editor | Hovers item displays options to determine what tool tips to display along with a key modifier. Is there a way to assign a delay before the tool tip appears without the key modifier? It is very distracting how often and frequently the tool tips appear when navigating around the Java editor.
