    Hello,

I’ll get the pulse team to look into this issue. In the meantime, would you be able to let us know how you are installing the plug-in? Are you going through the Software and Configuration Perspective and finding the Google plug-in through the Software tab? Or are you using an update URL directly?

    Kind regards,
    Dave

    Hi Dave,
I’m using the configuration perspective and then I search the plugin in the pulse catalog.

    Hi Gerald,

I’ve been working with pulse support on this issue and to help them troubleshoot this issue better, they are requesting a support bundle. To create a support bundle, open the dashboard and click the lifesaver icon in the “About this Profile” section. Please also include the URL to this forum post in the submission so they can track it.

    Kind regards,
    Dave
