I would recommend you to go through http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/quickstarts/m4m/ this has a section on customizing Matisse Palette

Not really, as that is just changing what controls/items are displayed in the pallette.
What I want to know is how customizeable is the CODE that is generated.
Can I change the code template that is used to define an ActionListener? (Which is something I’d like to do if I’m using something like the Swing Application Framework.)
