There are two ways users can upload attachments on the forums. You can either click on the [pm] or the [post reply] button. This would redirect you to another page where you have options to upload attachments.Please see the attached screenshots.
Click on the PM button at the bottom of a user's post.

Description:
Click on the "Browse" button to select a file to attach. Then click on the "Add Attachment" button, which uploads the file. You can add multiple attachments one at a time. Click the "Submit" button, as usual, to send the complete message.

Click on the "post reply" button to add a comment to the topic.
