I am using version 9.0 build 20110318 version of myeclipse. I am attempting to add ejb and web modiles for a j2ee 1.3 project that I am trying to configure. When I add the module to the ear project, I see various results in the application.xml. Sometimes the project is added correctly to the application.xml. Sometimes the new project overwrites existing projects. The results are that myeclipse says I have modules included in the ear project that are not reflected in the application.xml for the project.

Naturally, I am under pressure to get this once archived product deployed and debugged.

Sorry that you are ran into this issue. I am unable to replicate it at my end.

1) Can you give exact steps right from project creation to how you are adding the modules for me to be able to replicate it at my end ?

2) Do you see any errors of interest logged in the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log ? If yes then paste them here for me.

3) Also attach the screenshot for the error about modules not reflected in application.xml.
